Bournemouth have secured promotion to the Premier League after defeating West Ham United at Vitality Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The Cherries, who had been relegated from the top flight last season, fought back against their London rivals and came out victorious with a 2-1 victory.
The game was a closely contested affair throughout, but Bournemouth ultimately emerged as the victors thanks to goals from Callum Wilson and Ryan Fraser.
The win means that Bournemouth will join fellow promoted side Fulham in the new Premier League campaign next season.

The Hammers' boss, David Moyes, admitted that his team let themselves down in the final minutes of the match.
"We're disappointed not to finish in the top six," he said. "It's always difficult when you've got so close."
Despite the disappointment, Moyes is hopeful that his side can bounce back stronger next season.
For Bournemouth, the win is a major boost ahead of the new campaign, which begins on August 12.
